k666 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Fair Play & Member Obligations

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings when used in relation to k666 and its services:

• "k666", "we", "us", "our" — refers to k666.cash and the platform operating at that domain, including all products, services and features accessible through it.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on k666.cash or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a member following successful registration on k666.
• "Balance" — the total withdrawable PKR funds held in your k666 account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet or matched deposit credit awarded to your account that is subject to wagering or rollover conditions before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Qualifying Bet" — a bet that meets the minimum odds, minimum stake and market eligibility conditions specified in a promotion's terms in order to count towards a wagering requirement.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be bet using bonus funds before those funds (or any winnings derived from them) become withdrawable.
• "Void" — the cancellation of a bet by k666, resulting in the return of the stake to the member's balance. A voided bet does not count towards any wagering requirement.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used on k666.
• "Platform" — the website k666.cash, including all sports betting, casino, card game, esports and promotional features accessible through it.

To register and use k666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k666 operates a strict 18+ policy and conducts age verification before processing any withdrawal. Providing false age information constitutes fraud.
• You must register using your own real identity. Names, addresses, date of birth, CNIC number and contact details must be accurate. k666 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any stage.
• You are only permitted to hold one active account on k666. If a second account is detected — regardless of the name or payment details used — both accounts may be closed and any balance held in duplicate accounts forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of k666 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from k666 or any platform operating under the same licence at the time of registration.
• You must access k666 from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.

By completing the k666 registration form and ticking the confirmation box, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you have provided is accurate and complete.

Your k666 account is your sole responsibility. You are required to keep your login credentials — including your password, security PIN and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. k666 will never ask you to share your password through any channel, including live chat, email or phone.

You must notify k666 immediately at support@k666.cash if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised. k666 is not liable for losses that result from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

• Do not use the same password for k666 that you use for other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings — we strongly recommend this for all members.
• Do not share your account with any other person. Accounts are non-transferable.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

k666 reserves the right to lock an account that shows signs of unauthorised access, pending identity verification, to protect the member's balance.

All transactions on k666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. k666 currently supports the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. k666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your registered identity, k666 may place a hold on your account pending verification, and may return the funds to the source account.

k666 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Advance notice will be provided where possible. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal from your k666 balance is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must have been verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled before the bonus-linked portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal. Your real-money balance can always be withdrawn at any time.
• Withdrawals must go to an account registered in your own name. k666 will not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within the same working day for requests received before 5pm PKT. Requests after 5pm are processed on the next working day.
• VIP Gold members receive priority processing. VIP Platinum members receive immediate processing around the clock.

k666 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or for accounts that have not previously completed KYC. This is a standard security measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on your part.

k666 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP-specific rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free bets are subject to a wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for deposit-match bonuses on k666 is 10x the bonus amount. Free bet winnings carry a 1x wagering requirement. Promotion-specific wagering requirements always take precedence if they differ from these defaults.

Eligible Markets and Minimum Odds

Bets placed using bonus funds must be placed on eligible markets at a minimum of 1.50 odds to count towards a wagering requirement, unless the promotion explicitly states different odds thresholds. Bets placed on markets excluded from a promotion (typically heavily restricted markets or those with very high margins) will not count towards rollover.

Time Limits

All bonuses carry an expiry. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not fulfilled, within the stated time limit are forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated in the promotion, bonuses cannot be combined or stacked. The welcome bonus must be wagered through (or declined) before another deposit-match bonus can be activated.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the k666 sportsbook. Sport-specific rules are available within the relevant betting markets.

Bet Acceptance

All bets on k666 are subject to acceptance by the platform. k666 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from pricing errors or system faults. When this happens, the stake is returned to your balance in full.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet stake on k666 is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event. Higher limits are available for VIP members. k666 may apply individual betting limits to specific accounts without notice if betting patterns are found to be outside normal parameters.

In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being open at the time the bet is submitted. If a market is suspended between your submission and k666's acceptance of the bet, the bet will not be processed and the stake will be returned. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of the trading team.

Settlement

Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body or broadcaster. Where official results are not available, k666 will use its best judgement using publicly available sources. Errors in settlement will be corrected, including clawing back incorrectly paid winnings, once the correct result is confirmed.

Postponed and Abandoned Events

If an event is postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after it has started, markets that have not been determined are voided. Already-settled markets stand.

Cash-Out

Cash-out is available on eligible open bets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and reflects the current state of the event. k666 cannot guarantee cash-out availability at any given moment — it may be unavailable if the relevant market is suspended. Once a cash-out is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

The k666 casino and card games section — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat and all other casino products — operates under the following additional rules:

• All casino games on k666 are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The outcomes of these games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealer play, depending on the product.
• Bonus funds activated in the sportsbook may not be eligible for use in the casino section, and vice versa, unless the promotion explicitly states cross-product eligibility.
• Bets placed on casino games using bonus funds count towards wagering requirements at a reduced rate where specified in the promotion terms. Check your active promotion details before playing casino games with bonus funds.
• k666 is not responsible for technical failures or connectivity issues that occur on the member's side during a live casino session. If a session disconnects mid-game, the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the game provider's rules and the outcome recorded on their server.
• Progressive jackpot prizes, where offered, are provided by the game provider. k666 facilitates the payment of jackpot winnings but is not responsible for the jackpot pool itself.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k666. Any member found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account suspended or closed, their balance withheld pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, sharing referral codes in a way intended to generate fraudulent referral rewards, or exploiting pricing errors to generate artificial winnings.
• Match Fixing or Corrupt Activity: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of fixed or corrupt outcomes, or being party to any arrangement intended to fix the result of a sporting or gaming event.
• Money Laundering: Using k666 to deposit, wager and withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of those funds. k666 is required to report suspicious financial activity under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or guaranteed profit strategies using bonus funds in combination with real-money bets to achieve risk-free returns, in a manner not consistent with normal recreational betting.
• Third-Party Betting: Placing bets on behalf of another person or using someone else's payment details or account credentials.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets, access markets or interact with the k666 platform in any way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback through your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to k666. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and the outstanding amount being pursued through debt collection.

k666 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity.
• A member's own request for self-exclusion.
• Identification as a duplicate account.
• At the member's own request — accounts can be closed voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a member's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to prohibited activity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after KYC is confirmed.

Where an account is closed due to fraud, breach of Terms or prohibited activity, k666 reserves the right to withhold the entire balance pending investigation, and may permanently ban the individual from registering again on k666 or any associated platform.

k666 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a full suite of self-management tools that are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum amount of time you can spend logged in per session, per day or per week.
• Reality Checks: Receive an on-screen reminder at intervals you choose, showing your current session duration and net position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Pause your account for a set period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanent closure. During cooling-off, you cannot log in, deposit or bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k666 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from technical failures, server downtime or connectivity issues outside k666's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided during registration.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive loss of any kind arising from your use of k666.

k666's total liability to you in connection with these Terms will not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k666 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify active members by email and/or an in-account notification prior to the changes taking effect, where the changes materially affect your rights or obligations.
• Give at least 7 days' notice before material changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of k666 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
