Each player and the dealer receive three face-down cards from a standard 52-card deck. Players place a mandatory Boot (ante) before cards are dealt. You can play blind (without looking at your cards) or chaal (after seeing them). Blind players bet at half the current stake; chaal players match it. The player with the best three-card hand wins the pot. Hands rank from highest to lowest: Trail (three of a kind), Pure Sequence, Sequence, Colour, Pair, High Card. The dealer cuts the deck and places one card face-up in the centre — this is the Game Card. Two piles are then dealt alternately: Andar (left) and Bahar (right). Cards are dealt one at a time to each side. The game ends the moment a card matching the Game Card's rank appears in either pile. If it lands on Andar, Andar bets win. If it lands on Bahar, Bahar bets win. Payouts on k666 are 0.9:1 for Andar and 1:1 for Bahar. Optional side bets allow you to guess how many cards will be dealt before the match — higher risk, higher reward.

You and the dealer both receive two cards — one of the dealer's cards is face down. Your goal is to get closer to 21 than the dealer without exceeding it. Number cards count at face value; face cards (J, Q, K) are worth 10; Ace is 1 or 11. On k666 you can Hit (take another card), Stand (keep your hand), Double Down (double your bet and take exactly one more card) or Split (if your two cards match, split them into two separate hands). A natural Blackjack pays 3:2. The dealer must hit on 16 and stand on 17.

Two hands are dealt — Player and Banker. You bet on which hand will have a total closest to 9, or whether they'll tie. Cards 2–9 count at face value; 10, J, Q, K count as zero; Ace counts as 1. If the total exceeds 9, only the second digit counts (e.g., 7+6=13 becomes 3).
